Job summary

CareLink-Community-Support-Services is seeking a Program Supervisor II to oversee the daily operation of CareLink programs, supervise staff, and implement quality rehabilitative programming for up to 12 service participants. This role reports to administration and ensures alignment with agency policies and standards.

Responsibilities include planning daily operations, coordinating activities, developing individualized service plans, monitoring medications, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above with 1 year supervisory experience working with persons with ID and/or autism.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience working directly with persons with ID and/or autism; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plans the daily operation of the program.
• Oversees staffing and ensures proper coverage for shifts.
• Develops and implements individual service plans to improve social and self-care skills.
• Monitors participant medications and special medication needs.
• Ensures program compliance with regulations and maintains site standards.
