You will manage screening, interviews, clearances, scheduling, and community outreach, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with online scheduling tools, spreadsheets, communication platforms, data entry, and interviewing.
• Ability to complete all required pre-employment background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare administration, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Uniontown office's welcoming primary contact and manage daily operations.
• Drive local candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding logistics.
• Act as central liaison for applicants and active staff via phone, text, and email.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and coordinate background checks and clearances.
• Collaborate with Morgantown leadership to forecast staffing and report recruiting progress.
• Build local partnerships with senior centers and community organizations.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours support.
