Capital City Nurses in Maryland is seeking a Recruitment & Employment Specialist to lead the hiring of our caregiving team in Howard County. This is a full-time, in-office role with Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, focusing on building a strong, compassionate workforce.

You will screen, interview, and onboard candidates who embody our values, launch retention programs, and deliver welcoming orientations while maintaining compliance and personnel records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

• Healthcare or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities
