Assisting Hands Home Care – Mechanicsburg in Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking a Client Care Coordinator / Caregiver Recruiter. You will recruit, onboard, and support our Care Team while assisting with scheduling and client communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years recruiting experience preferred.
• Home Care, healthcare, or caregiving experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service, sales, recruiting, scheduling, or relationship-building experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a team of caregivers through multiple channels.
• Schedule coverage and communicate with caregivers and clients.
• Support office operations and coordinate with owners and admin team.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as assigned.
