Job summary

Community Horizons L.L.C. is seeking a reliable, compassionate staff member to support a person in a home setting. The role focuses on helping the member live independently and stay active, with time spent with his dog and plans for a new home.

The client uses a wheelchair and requires assistance with transfers and catheter care. Pay is from $20/hour (starts at $16.32 ON). Day shifts are M-F, 7:30am–2:30pm; NOC shifts at 9:30pm–7:30am as needed.

• Experience assisting with daily living activities and mobility.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain dignity.

Pay:From $20/hour (starts at $16.32 ON)

Day Shifts: M - F, 7:30am - 2:30pm

NOC shifts: 9:30p - 7:30a as needed
