Community Horizons in Barre Mills, WI is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support a community member at home with 1/1 care and daily tasks.

You will assist transfers with a ceiling lift, help with showering, bathroom needs, feeding, and provide companionship. Wage is $20/hour. Training is paid. Shifts are 3–11pm Monday–Friday and 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm on weekends.

Details of the Job

A member of the community is working alongside Community Horizons to find a motivated and reliable worker, who wants to put a smile on their face. They are looking for help with everyday tasks and 1/1 care with a compassionate and gentle caregiver, in their Barre Mills, WI home. Member uses an adaptive bed, wheelchair, and ceiling Lift to transfer.

Shift Duties

• Transfers with ceiling Lift, in/out bed, in/out bathroom
• Shower assistance
• Toilet assistance/brief changes
• Assistance with feeding
• Companionship

Wage: $20

Hours-

3 – 11p Monday – Friday

7a – 3p, 3p – 11p Weekends
