CareGivers America is seeking an RN Trainer for Home Care in Clarks Summit, PA. The role focuses on leading caregiver training and education for the Home Health Aide workforce, covering both Clarks Summit and Selinsgrove locations, with no bedside caseload.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), no weekends or holidays, and travel between locations. RN license in PA, 2+ years nursing, and 1+ year home health are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• Experience supervising or training HHAs or PCAs
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required

• Maintain an organized classroom learning environment

What You’ll Do
