Job summary

Senior Living Residences’ Cornerstone at Hampton in Hampton, NH seeks a Resident Care Associate (LNA, MNA, CNA, HHA) for 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts. You’ll care for seniors in a home-like environment with strong support and benefits from day one.

You’ll provide direct personal care, assist with meals and activities, and use the EHR system to track care. CNA/LNA/CHHA certification preferred; reliability and communication are essential.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and transfer residents
• Excellent communication with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality and reliability to meet resident needs and care schedules

Responsibilities

• Spend time with seniors and provide direct personal care

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $21 - $22 per hour based on work experience; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), preferred
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
