Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking Resident Care Associates to provide direct care to our senior residents in Canton, MA. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, escorting residents to meals, and supporting dining services in a warm, home-like environment.

Certification as a CNA or CHHA is required. This employee will join a compassionate team and participate in a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, PTO, and ongoing professional development.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Part Time 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time

PAY & BENEFITS

Rates start at $18 - $19 per hour based on work experience; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
