Home Helpers Home Care of Fremont and Union City is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients in daily living activities. Job Responsibilities (we provide on the job training)

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, meals, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, food preparation.
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Ensure client safety and well-being.
• Document and report any changes in client’s health status.
• Communicate with health care professionals and families regarding the client’s emotional and medical condition.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Valid driver’s license
• Available to work a variety of shifts
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Caregiver is a plus
