Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Eligible candidates earn $19–$20 per hour with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
