Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts and weekly pay.

Join a team that provides overtime pay, paid sick leave, mileage reimbursement, free training, and uniform. You’ll follow care plans, assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and companionship in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience
• Genuine compassion for older adults
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Valid HCA License and TB screening
• Reliable transportation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Remind clients to take medications
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed
