Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support adults at home across Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Compensation ranges from $19 to $20 per hour with flexible day shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
