Right at Home Fremont is actively hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship while following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid HCA License and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
