Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and seeks experienced caregivers to join a growing team. We provide personalized in-home care so clients stay safe, comfortable and independent at home, including VA and CHOICES clients.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay and strong scheduling support across Tennessee, plus growth opportunities as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow individualized client care plans.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders and companionship.
• Reporting changes to the team and maintaining a safe home.

We proudly serve private-pay clients as well as individuals receiving services through VA and CHOICES programs.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings
