Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking in-home caregivers to support seniors in Northampton, MA and surrounding communities. Join a compassionate team to help clients live safely and independently at home, with free training for those without CNA/HHA credentials.

$18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR

Pay Is Based On Experience, Skills, Certifications, And Qualifications.

• Work at least 20 hours per week

YOUR WORK MATTERS

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, independent, and connected in their own homes.

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing friendly companionship and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals based on clients' preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands when needed
• Offering medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful and compassionate care

What You Need

• Able to provide reliable transportation
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable
