Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Amherst, MA and surrounding communities. Positions include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker roles with 8 to 12 hour shifts, day and overnight options, and a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

New hires can take advantage of free training and flexible scheduling designed around your availability, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience and certifications.

• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals per client preferences and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands when needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe clients and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home for clients.

Your work can provide companionship, encouragement, dignity, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running Essential Errands When Needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
