Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Deerfield, MA and surrounding communities. Positions include PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker roles with pay based on experience, skills, and certifications.

Caregivers earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with flexible 8–12 hour shifts, day, and overnight options. Training is provided, and sign-on opportunities exist for qualified applicants. Benefits include 401(k) and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; Guardian Angel offers free training.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• HHA or CNA certification welcomed when applicable.
• Reliable transportation to and between clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals per client preferences and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands and grocery shopping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe clients and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home for clients.
• Deliver respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your care can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care

• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
