Job summary

Arosa is seeking caring professionals to provide in-home care to seniors. You will assist with daily living activities, companionship, and support for families in the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.

We offer a caregiver referral program, wage-advance access, direct deposit or Wisely Pay Card, and opportunities for advancement. We value communication, compassion, and a heart for helping seniors stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged).
• Compassionate personality and a heart for seniors.
• Patient, kind, and able to work with senior adults.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• LiveScans/Background checks in California.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
