ModivCare in Gilbertville, MA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care. You will offer support with daily activities, companionship, and safety within clients' homes, aligned with individual care plans.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence
