Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one home care in Lehigh County. Earn up to $13.75 per hour plus extra cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and support routines in clients' homes. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel up to 25 miles to client locations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
