Qualifications

• Proficient in English.
• Must be available to work in Newton, MA.
• Willingness to work short-hour cases.
• Ability to drive to clients' homes with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviours while maintaining professionalism.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
