ModivCare is hiring caregivers in Massachusetts for short shift opportunities across Barre and surrounding towns. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, bringing comfort and companionship while supporting daily activities and health routines.

• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
