Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes in the Summersville area and surrounding communities. The role emphasizes meaningful, personalized support with weekly pay and opportunities through the Caregiver Rewards Program.

Earn $12.50 per hour, plus extra cash through the rewards program. Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts; paid orientation and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Dependable, compassionate caregiver with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in Beckley, Oak Hill and surrounding areas.
• Willing to work weekdays or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
