Job summary

Senior Living Residences in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA, CHHA) to provide direct personal care to our senior residents at Neville Place. The role supports daily living activities in a safe, home-like setting and involves assisting with meals and activities across departments.

Per diem shifts with starting pay at $19.70/hour plus a $3 overnight shift differential, paid time off, health and dental coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA or CHHA required.
• Ability to provide direct personal care to seniors.
• Effective communication with residents and co-workers.

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
