Job summary

Senior Living Residences seeks a Resident Care Associate (CNA, HHA) in Concord Park, Concord, MA. You will provide direct personal care to senior residents, join or lead activities, and work across departments to create a cooperative, respectful environment.

Shifts include 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, full-time, with a starting pay of $22 per hour. Benefits start at hire and include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, plus growth opportunities.

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
