Job summary

Clarity Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with varying abilities in a Wisconsin group home. No experience or certifications needed; starting pay up to $18/hr based on experience.

You will assist with activities of daily living, housekeeping, meal preparation, and community activities, while ensuring safety and dignity for every member. Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, valid WI driver's license, and ability to pass background

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to members, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene per individual service plans.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using safe techniques and mobility devices.
• Support members in achieving personal goals through self-direction and decision making.
• Complete all required documentation for tasks and care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming group home environment; perform housekeeping and meal service.
• Support member participation in social and recreational activities.

Provides direct care support to our members with disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living; bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene as outlined by the individual service plan. Be comfortable using mobility devices and practice safe transfer and ambulation techniques like in assisted living facilities.Teaches and Guides members in achieving hopes, dreams, goals and objectives through self-direction, decision making, and goal setting.Completes all applicable documentation related to tasks assigned.Welcoming Home. Maintains a safe, sanitary and welcoming group home by performing housekeeping (vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathroom, dusting, bed making and changing linens); and laundry.Prepares and Serves Meals by following general nutritional guidelines, menus, individual dietary restrictions, needs and preferences to ensure consumer health.Community Activities.
