Home Instead is hiring experienced in-home caregivers in the Phoenix area to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home. This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

You'll deliver companionship, assist with daily activities, and help maintain independence, with weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and flexible full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or hold a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN or RN.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client for consistency and relationships.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual applicants encouraged.

Pay & Benefits

• $16.50-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit

  What We’re Looking For
