Job summary

Home Instead is seeking an experienced in-home caregiver to support seniors in the Phoenix area. You will provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes, building meaningful relationships and promoting safety and independence.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with weekly pay, paid training, and access to medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus a 401(k) with company match and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

In-Home Caregiver – Phoenix Area | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours

We’re hiring experienced in-home caregivers in the Phoenix area to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

• $16.50-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit
