Job summary

Home Instead is hiring in-home caregivers for the Phoenix area to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for. Full-time or part-time options with weekly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and personal care.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
• Support safety and independence at home.

In-Home Caregiver – Phoenix Area | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours

We’re hiring experienced in-home caregivers in the Phoenix area to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

Pay & Benefits

• $16.50-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit
