Job summary

Home Instead in the Phoenix area seeks an in-home caregiver to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home. This role offers steady work, weekly pay, and meaningful relationships with clients.

You’ll provide companionship, assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines, while supporting safety and independence. Full-time or part-time options are available, with sick leave accrual, paid training, and a caregiving team available for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirement

Pay & Benefits

• $16.50-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit
