Job summary

Circle of Life is hiring caregivers to provide non-medical personal care in Northwest Arkansas. The role offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour with a weekend differential for late evenings and weekends, plus flexible PRN scheduling and client matching based on needs and fit.

Employees may receive annual increases based on performance, access education assistance up to $2,500 annually, and PTO for full-time and part-time staff. Health insurance is available for qualifying hours.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Must have valid and current driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and sitting.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADLs.
• Transport to appointments and run errands.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Assist with recreational activities and medication reminders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Caregiver Qualifications

Prior caregiving experience preferred. Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients. Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation. Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Specific Duties May Include

• Companionship and sitting.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADL's.
• Transportation and assistance to appointments.
• Errand running and transportation to events.
• Meal preparation
• Assisting with light housekeeping
• Assisting with recreational tasks such as crafting, letter writing, exercising etc.
• Medication reminders
• Other duties as assigned.
