Job summary

Golden Years In Home Senior Care in California seeks compassionate, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team and provide quality in-home support. You will ensure safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes, with a focus on personal care and meaningful engagement.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for travel within a 25-mile radius. Sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, plus bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-ins.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
