Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is hiring caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team in California. If you love serving others and creating joyful moments, we want you on our team! Your role includes ensuring safety, health, and well-being of clients at home, tailoring activities, and providing personal care, light housework, and companionship.

Shifts include full-time, part-time, and on-call. We offer a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour,

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
