Job summary

Golden Years Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home senior care team in San Diego. You will ensure client safety, health, and well-being while delivering personalized care in clients' homes.

Requirements include 18+, 1 year caregiving, valid driver's license, vaccination status, Live Scan fingerprint clearance, TB test, and CA Home Care Aide certification (we provide training). Flexible schedules and opportunities to travel up to 25 miles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or have an exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray; fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, light housework, and meal prep.
• Shop, run errands, and offer companionship.
• Assist with incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and ADLs.
