Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Vadnais Heights, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide person-centered care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Join a family-like team delivering daily support with dignity and respect.

Roles include CNA/HHA/PCA/NAR/RAs; we offer onboarding training in Arden Hills, MN, and require flexibility for AM, PM, or NOC shifts with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience, preferably in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications; training provided.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with strong communication, empathy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM (6am-2pm), PM (2pm-10pm), NOC Shift (10pm-6am)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
