Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Eagan, MN seeks compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) to provide person-centered care to residents in our 32-unit assisted living and memory care community. You'll work the PM shift (2pm–10pm), assist with daily living, mobility, medication support (training provided), engage residents, and help with light housekeeping.

Whether you are experienced or newly certified, you will receive onboarding, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow with a caring

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience.
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
