Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Vadnais Heights is hiring Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to provide person-centered care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility, help with medications (training provided), engage residents in activities, light housekeeping and meals, and report changes to the leadership team. All shifts include every other weekend; onboarding and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, preferably in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications after training.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What We're Looking For:

• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM (6am-2pm), PM (2pm-10pm), NOC Shift (10pm-6am)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
