Job summary

The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Support teams. After 90 days in good standing, caregivers may become Medication Technicians with a higher wage.

You will assist with medication administration and personal care for residents, delivering meaningful interactions tailored to each individual. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within our nonprofit PRS network.

Qualifications

• First Aid card and CPR certification required.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver in Assisted Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and provide personal care to residents.
• Engage with residents to provide meaningful interactions and compassionate support.
• Be part of the Assisted Living and Memory Support teams to meet resident needs.
