Job summary

Morada Senior Living is hiring Care/Medication Technicians. You will provide hands-on care, assist with medications, and support residents in daily activities within a safe, home-like environment.

This role requires compassion, strong observation, and the ability to document care accurately. Training is provided; opportunities for advancement exist within a growing Texas/Oklahoma network.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated residents during shift, checking on them regularly.
• Observe and document symptoms and conditions for changes.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor when needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of resident areas.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and monitor appetite.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Participate in activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.
• Greets and assists residents, family members, and visitors.

Education
