Job summary

The Neighborhood Retirement Community in Rio Rancho, NM is hiring compassionate Caregivers for Assisted Living and Memory Support teams. After 90 days in good standing, caregivers may train to become Medication Technicians with higher wages and broader responsibilities.

Duties include medication administration and personal care to residents, with a focus on meaningful, individualized interactions. Wages range from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour DOE, with a NOC shift differential of $1.75 per hour.

Overview

The Neighborhood Retirement Community is a beautiful CCRC in Rio Rancho.We are currently looking for compassionate and talented Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Support teams! After 90 days in good standing, our Caregivers are trained to become Medication Technicians, which includes a higher wage and broadening their skill set. This position is responsible for providing assistance in the area of medication administration and personal care assistance to our residents. At the core, the goal is to provide meaningful interactions with our residents on an as needed basis in an appropriate yet highly individualized manner.

Wages: $15.00 - $20.00 / hr DOE

Shift differentials: NOC shift $1.75 / hr

We are hiring for:

• FTE AM (6:00am - 6:00pm); Sun - Tues
• PTE NOC 10:00pm - 6:00am); Fri - Sun
