Job summary

The Neighborhood Retirement Community in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking compassionate Caregivers for our Assisted Living and Memory Support teams. After 90 days in good standing, caregivers may train to become Medication Technicians with higher wages and expanded responsibilities. Wages range from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

NOC shift differential is $1.75 per hour. We have full-time AM and partial-time NOC openings, with benefits and growth opportunities within the PRS

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver in Assisted Living preferred.
• Must have First Aid card and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration assistance and personal care to residents.
• Aim to deliver meaningful interactions with residents on an as-needed basis.
• Support the team to ensure safe, compassionate care across shifts.
