Job summary

The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Support. After 90 days in good standing, caregivers may train to become Medication Technicians with increased responsibilities and pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver in Assisted Living preferred.
• Must have First Aid card and be CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and personal care for residents.
• Provide meaningful, individualized interactions with residents.
• Participate in training to advance to Medication Technician after 90 days.
