Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Louisville, KY is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our team supporting the Operating Director. You will recruit, interview, hire, onboard caregivers, and share on-call responsibilities, while providing administrative and operational support to the office.

This exempt position requires a high school diploma or higher, plus two years of administrator/HR experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor's degree; may substitute degree with education/experience.
• Minimum two years' experience as administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR functions in an office.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire and terminate caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support to the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments support with client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to visits.
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance.
