You will help clients achieve personal goals, document progress, and maintain a safe environment in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/FA and TB screening are required.
• NCI/CPI Training is preferred.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency are required.
• Experience with individuals with IDD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal prep, and household chores.
• May transport clients to and from community activities.
• Support individuals in achieving developmental goals and independence.
• Encourage community participation and accompany individuals on outings and social activities.
• Document observations and progress toward specific goals and maintain a safe environment.
