Job summary

Modern Support Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. We offer part-time and full-time positions with a focus on compassionate client support and mentorship.

You will assist individuals with I/DD in daily activities, provide personal care, and help with community access and appointments. Training is provided, and ASL knowledge is a plus for special opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be 21+ years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous experience in human services is a plus.
• ASL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Serve as mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.
• Assist clients in Community Access and Personal Care.
• Support medical appointments and peer interactions.
• Coordinate Recreational activities and social engagement.
