Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Caregiver Success Manager in Seneca, SC, to lead recruiting, onboarding, caregiver engagement, and retention for our growing team. This is a people-focused leadership role designed to support caregivers from day one and positively impact seniors and families in the community.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with an on-call rotation and additional compensation for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, home care, or office settings.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally for caregiver support and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage caregiver job postings across platforms.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and hire caregivers.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientation.
• Support caregiver engagement and retention initiatives.
• Conduct in-home quality assurance visits and address concerns.
• Participate in on-call rotation and handle caregiver/client calls.
