Job summary

Nova Leap Health Worcester is seeking caring, dependable caregivers to provide individualized in-home support for seniors in their own homes. You will help clients maintain independence with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Responsibilities include monitoring well-being, communicating changes to the care team, and ensuring a safe home environment. CNA certification is preferred, and flexible scheduling is offered to fit availability.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized in-home support that helps clients maintain their independence while receiving the care they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.

What We're Looking For
