Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You will help maintain a supportive, respectful environment while assisting with daily activities and personal care.

The role contributes to enhancing residents' quality of life in a warm, family-like setting with flexible scheduling options and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of elementary education or ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program (preferred).
