Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Home Care or Senior Care industry experience required; CNA experience preferred.
• Personal transportation with valid auto insurance.
• Experience creating and managing complex caregiver schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to supervise staff with minimal supervision or direction.
• Proficient with technology platforms and quick to learn software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting cycle by posting job openings, sourcing qualified candidates, and supporting the hiring process to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Conduct in-person caregiver interviews to assess qualifications, professionalism, and alignment with company standards, ensuring candidates will be a strong and supportive addition to the care team.
• Coordinate and manage all onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
• Effectively manage and support all direct care staff members.
• Build and manage caregiver schedules to ensure each client is matched with the most appropriate and reliable caregiver for their needs.
• Anticipate possible gaps in the schedule and resourcefully and proactively find solutions so that all clients get the services desired.
• Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Always serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families.
• Monitor caregiver performance and provide guidance, feedback, and support to leadership team.
• Complete regulatory compliance for care staff to include documenting notes in AxisCare and completing performance reviews on caregivers.
• Maintain accurate records of client documents (E.g. client agreements, care plans, advance directives, med lists, and caregiver documentation).
• Serve as the primary administrator for the company's AI-powered scheduling platform.
• Monitor AI performance to ensure caregiver and client interactions are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standards.
• Manage caregiver and client situations that require escalation beyond the AI platform.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Potentially fill in on open shifts that need coverage to call outs and/or staffing shortages.
